More Night Vale

And now a different version of Cecil, sonorous voice pictures.

I like this version of him better, especially since it seems weird to me that Cecil is almost always shown as blond, which doesn't seem right to me the more I listen.

Welcome to Night Vale!!!

I have become incredibly obsessed with Welcome to Night Vale (as in I listed to ALL of it within a week), much like the rest of the internet. So here's my interpretation of Cecil. His sonorous voice could not be adequately depicted.

It's been a while. Here's a quick digital painting. It's mostly about how I haven't been doing any art, so kind of meta.

Character in comicbook style

I'm trying to learn to color in a more comic book style. Still having issues, but it's going better at least!

I've started a new clinical and we have a bunch of neck and shoulder patients. So PRACTICE!

Bruce Banner

Here is Bruce Banner, one of my favorite characters. So far he's been one of the easier ones to paint -- up there with Steve Rogers.

And here is he under-painting:

Thor Odinson

It's Thor! The one with the hair! He doesn't really have an alter ego in the comics, so I painted him in his battle gear.

I kind of messed up the under-drawing so it actually changed a lot just on the painted level.

Natasha Romanova

Aka Black Widow. She is possibly my favorite Avengers character. I had a lot of fun drawing her!

Tony Stark

Here's the next Avengers portrait. I honestly had a really difficult time with this portrait because I really wanted to capture what I say in this image: which was a kind of cocky but rueful sadness that I think really is what the character Tony Stark was about in the movies. I may go back to this portrait later, but unless I post it I will not get anything else done.
